Not all CMAs are created equal, especially in divorce.

“How accurate is the CMA my spouse’s agent prepared?”
It’s a very real concern.

A proper Comparative Market Analysis should reflect fair, relevant, and truly comparable homes. Detached properties shouldn’t be used to value a semi, and duplexes shouldn’t be compared to single-family homes.
