This week, I’m sharing something that has made an enormous difference
in my life: gratitude.
Every morning starts with a worn page of affirmations, a little chat
with G-d and nine mantras from an angel Steve gave me.
After 30 years helping families through divorce and difficult
transitions, I’ve learned that gratitude doesn’t mean ignoring the
hard stuff. It means finding something worth appreciating, even in
challenging times.
