So often, the public looks at Realtors and thinks, “What a great job: flexible hours, big commissions, easy money!”
But little do they know the reality behind the scenes! The endless hours, late-night calls, missed family dinners, holidays interrupted, and the emotional rollercoaster when a deal falls apart or a listing slips away.
You remember the offer you brought in two years ago, the one you encouraged your sellers to take, only to see them later sell for less or accept an offer from the same buyers you once introduced.
That’s the truth of real estate: it takes passion, empathy, resilience, and unwavering positivity.
So before anyone assumes the grass is greener on the other side, remember every profession has its challenges. Success comes from staying strong, staying kind, and never losing faith in what you do.
