The New Muscle Every Agent Needs Right Now
As agents, we all need to develop a new muscle: the ability to have honest, sometimes difficult conversations with sellers about the true value of their home.
In a market with a 5-month supply, we cannot predict whether prices will go up or down, and neither can our sellers. What we can do is provide facts, guidance, and real expectations.
That means being prepared to say:
* Homes may sit longer.
* Pricing needs to be realistic.
* Motivation matters, a lot!
If a seller isn’t truly motivated or willing to listen to the truth, the market will make the decision for them.
Strengthening this muscle helps us serve our clients with integrity and helps them succeed.
