Last Saturday night, Steve sent this photo to my parents while waiting for me to finish a complicated real estate negotiation.
He was inside enjoying the music and wine. I was outside, on the phone, helping a family move forward.
Of our two-and-a-half-hour evening together, I think he got about 20 minutes of his wife!
Cheryl has been in real estate for 45 years, and I’ve been doing this for over three decades.
That’s a lot of interrupted dinners, weekends and family plans.
But behind those years are two men who have supported us through it all.
Dad and Steve, thank you for your patience, your love and for understanding that “just five more minutes” doesn’t always mean five minutes! 😂
